Charged Geoffery Burnett, 21, from Geneseo with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree criminal contempt for an incident that occurred at Highlands Apartments. He was transported to Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part.

Kimberly S. Snyder, 45, of Geneseo was charged May 20 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without a license. She will answer charges in Village of Geneseo Court.

Chrissy L. Lamont, 42, of Fort Plain was charged May 20 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating without a license, and vehicle and traffic law violations. She will answer charges in Town of Geneseo Court.

Christopher M. Skinner, 36, of Rochester, was charged May 22 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Robert D. Woods Jr., 33, of Lima was charged May 22 with second-degree harassment. He will answer charges in Town of Lima Court.

Lorenzo Christian, 47, of Rochester was charged May 23 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license and speeding in excess of posted conditions. He will answer charges in Village of Lima Court.

Richard A. Fecik, 55, of Rochester was charged May 23 with driving while ability impaired drugs and DWAI combined drugs or alcohol and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Livonia Court.

Jacob C. Millard, 31, of Caledonia was charged May 23 with fourth-degree grand larceny, welfare fraud, and offering a false instrument for filing. He will answer charges in Town of Mount Morris Court.

Roger J. Yencer, 46, of Mount Morris was charged May 24 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Derrick Otis, 45, of Leicester was charged May 24 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charged in Town of York Court.

Joshua M. Sales, 49, of Geneseo was charged May 24 with driving while intoxicated (observation) and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Geneseo Court.

Jacob W. Dunaway, 33, of Caledonia was charged May 26 with owning an unlicensed dog. He will respond to charges in Town of Caledonia Court.

Jose L. Cruz Soto, 43, of Mount Morris was charged May 26 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without a license and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Stephen M. Organ, 37, of Livonia, was charged May 26 with DWI and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Lima Court.

Trevor C. Sly, 19, of Wayland was charged May 27 with DWI, DWI (observed) and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Conesus Court.
