Dillon F. Decker, 31, of Caledonia was charged May 8 with third-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy, selling a vehicle with a defaced VIN, and provided a false statement. He is to answer charges in Town of York Court.

Kenneth C. Butler, 32, of Pavilion was charged May 9 with third-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy and selling a vehicle with a defaced VIN. He is to answer charges in Town of York Court.

Ernest C. Hutton, 51, of Livonia was charged May 7 with resisting arrest. He is to answer charges in Town of Livonia Court.

Carlos H. Glasgow, 43, of Rochester, was charged May 6 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use drug paraphernalia. He is to answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Duane A. Young, 38, of Rochester was charged May 6 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Artis R. Almedino Jr., 22, of Nunda was charged May 10 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He will answer charges in Village of Geneseo Court.

Tanya M. Latone, 41, or Rochester was charged May 6 with second-degree bail jumping. She will answer charges in Village of Geneseo Court.

Alexander E. Raxo, 35, of Pittsford was charged May 9 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without a license. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Christopher D. Wayland, 38, of Hornell was charged May 7 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will respond to charges in Town of Geneseo Court.

Anthony J. Rizzo, 34, of Dansville was charged May 8 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Samantha A. Youngjohn, 34, of Dansville was charged May 8 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without a license. She will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Shane M. Howard, 32, of Perry was charged May 10 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and violations of state vehicle and traffic law. He will answer charges in Village of Caledonia Court.

Lynn S. Henderson, 42, of Rochester was charged May 10 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and state vehicle and traffic law violations. Charges will be addressed in Town of Avon Court.

Jonathan S. Zawiski, 33, of Rochester, was charged May 8 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and state vehicle and traffic law violations. He will answer charges in Town of Avon Court.

Maurice E. Williams Sr., 46, of Elmira was charged May 11 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and violations of state vehicle and traffic law. He will address charges in Town of Avon Court.

Ziyad K. Alghuraybi, 27, of Alfred, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without a license. Charges will be addressed in Town of Avon Court.

Tommi K. Rutherford, 23, of Warsaw, was charged May 13 with DWI, driving while ability impaired, and speeding. Charges will be addressed in Town of Leicester Court.
